For 20 years, I have taught thousands of people—in corporate, governmental, nonprofit, military, academic organizations around the world looking to innovate—the See Solve Scale Entrepreneurial Process: a structured process for solving problems without regard to the resources currently controlled.
As opposed to the myth that entrepreneurs are creative geniuses from birth, my entrepreneurial process is a skill set that you and your organization can learn, master and apply to

Solve consequential problems
The Three Fundamental Steps of the See Solve Scale Entrepreneurial Process
SEE: Find and Validate an Unmet Need. Use “Bottom-Up Research” to observe and listen anthropologically and empathetically to define the problem.
SOLVE: Develop a Value Proposition. Through an iterative process, develop a small-scale solution to that problem and answer the questions What? Who? Why?
SCALE: Create a Sustainability Model. Grow your solution to have long-term impact at scale and answer the question How?
The proof that this structured process works is the number of successful entrepreneurs who have emerged from my courses at Brown University, and the number of corporate, governmental, nonprofit, military, and academic organizations around the world that my keynotes and workshops have helped to transform.
If your organization knows how to “sustain the fortress" but does not know how to “invent the future,” reach out to me here so we can discuss whether my keynotes and workshops are a fit.
