You can learn the See Solve Scale Entrepreneurial Process

Over the past 18 years, I have taught thousands of people—individual aspiring entrepreneurs as well as those in corporate, government, nonprofit, military, academic and many other contexts around the world looking to innovate—the See Solve Scale Entrepreneurial Process: a structured process for solving problems without regard to the resources currently controlled. As opposed to the myth that entrepreneurs are creative geniuses from birth, this process is a skill set that you can learn, master and apply to solve consequential problems.

The Three Fundamental Steps of the See Solve Scale Entrepreneurial Process

  1. SEE: Find and Validate an Unmet Need. Use “Bottom-Up Research” to observe and listen anthropologically and empathetically to define the problem.

  2. SOLVE: Develop a Value Proposition. Through an iterative process, develop a small-scale solution to that problem and answer the questions What? Who? Why?

  3. SCALE: Create a Sustainability Model. Grow your solution to have long-term impact at scale and answer the question How?

The proof that this structured process works is the number of successful entrepreneurs who have emerged from my courses at Brown University, and from my See Solve Scale workshops in corporate, nonprofit, military, and governmental organizations around the world. Find out more about why it is possible to learn entrepreneurship in this interview.
